It's actually been over a year since I jotted down my authoring insecurities on this bloglet. AND it's been 8 months and five edits or so since I finished writing Valoura Karuna and the Cake Stall Kerfuffle. I must say I was quite relieved when the process was over, but looking back over the story, I can't help but feel a little proud that I managed to write a whole book!
And now for publishing it!
I tried a few publishers through their monthly online pitches. No one responded, which I expected. All writers know it's very hard to be published. I did consider getting an agent, but again that seemed such a daunting task. SO! I have decided to publish online through Smashwords!
What that means is that anyone with a computer or e-reader (like kindle) should be able to (once it's all uploaded) read Valoura Karuna and the Cake Stall Kerfuffle for absolutely FREE! I will let you know when it's all up and ready for you to take a sticky beak.
